Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by Svanks Retail this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently, we do not entertain any claims of returns /refund or exchange.

1. Cancellations

 An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests WITHIN 24 hrs of purchase. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

2. Warranty Policy

In case of any technical issue with an electrical product, you have purchased which in within the warranty period, kindly contact Vega customer care - email -  support@vega.co.in.

Copy of invoice issued by SVANKS RETAIL needs to be retained to avail the warranty service, if need may arise as per policy.
